Any disputes arising from your use of our services or access to the 9Proxy system will be resolved following the dispute resolution procedures outlined below:

1.1. About Refunds and Proxy Replacement

At 9Proxy, our services primarily involve the provision of intangible and irrevocable items. Once you have placed an order and the product has been delivered, we do not issue refunds. However, we understand that sometimes proxies may not function as expected. To address this, we have implemented a unique proxy replacement feature.

1.2. Proxy Replacement Feature

For each proxy that does not work as intended, users have the option to report it within 30 seconds of use. Upon receiving your report, our team will promptly verify the issue. If the proxy is found to be non-functional within the specified time frame, we will provide you with another working proxy at no additional cost. This way, we ensure that you receive the reliable service you expect from us.

1.3. Non-refundable Activities

  • Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
  • Incomplete or Inconsistent Customer Data: If the data provided during the registration process is lacking or displays inconsistencies.
  • Frozen or Suspended Customer Account: When a customer's account is frozen or suspended due to their involvement in illicit activities.
  • Violation of Customer's Obligations: Instances where customers breach their obligations, as outlined in our Terms of Use, regarding the appropriate use of the 9Proxy system or service.
  • Data Transmission Initiation: If a customer initiates the transmission or reception of data through the system after purchasing a bundle through the customer dashboard.
  • Compliance with Service Level Agreement: When the quality of service provided complies with the conditions specified in the service level agreement.
  • Expired Plan Package: If the purchased plan package has reached its expiration date.
  • Third-Party Internet Service Quality: Please note that 9Proxy does not govern the quality and speed of third-party Internet service providers. Any concerns related to connection speed parameters are considered non-refundable events.
  • Client Software Compatibility: We are not accountable for the compatibility of client software, whether third-party or proprietary, used by customers to access or utilize the system. Compatibility issues with client software are deemed non-refundable circumstances.

1.4. About Return Shipping

As 9Proxy offers intangible products with no associated shipping charges, we do not process requests for shipping refunds.
