Can I upgrade my account to Enterprise?

Just purchase any Enterprise package - once the payment is completed, your account will automatically unlock all Enterprise benefits.

How many simultaneous threads or connections are supported?

You can use our proxies on multiple devices, but creating many threads on one proxy may decrease speed. We recommend creating up to 3 threads at the same time for perfect performance.

Can my team members use the same account?

Yes, your team members can access and use the same 9Proxy account. However, please keep the following in mind:
- All activity will be deducted from the same IP balance.
- We strongly recommend maintaining high account security to prevent unauthorized access.
- Our support team cannot intervene in personal disputes or misuse between individuals sharing an account.
For better management and security, consider using our Sub-Account feature, which allows you to assign controlled access to team members.

What is the Enterprise Program?

The Enterprise Program is a premium version of our bandwidth-based proxy plans designed for teams, agencies, and enterprise users. It provides no data expiry, team collaboration, and centralized traffic management - helping you manage resources securely and efficiently across multiple users.

Do Residential Proxies by GB require installing an app?

No. Bandwidth proxies work entirely from the Dashboard - no app or local setup required.

Can I reuse proxies I’ve already used?

Yes. Proxies you’ve forwarded can be reused for free within 24 hours from the Today List in your app.

Where can I get an IP list?

You can access the full IP list by downloading the 9Proxy desktop app (available for Windows, macOS, and Linux).
Inside the app, you can filter proxies by country, city, state, ISP, or ZIP code to find exactly what you need.

Do unused IPs expire?

No, unused IPs never expire. Your balance decreases only when you activate them.

How long do IPs stay active?

Each proxy stays online for a few hours up to 24 hours, with the exact duration naturally varying for residential IPs. If a proxy goes offline and then becomes active again, you can reuse it for free within 24 hours from the Today List in your app due to port forwarding.

Do I need to install the 9Proxy App to use IP-based proxies?

Yes. IP-based proxies work through local port forwarding, so the 9Proxy App is required.
Our app is currently available for Windows, macOS, and Linux.

Can I get a refund?

9Proxy services are digital and non-reversible once delivered. However, if a payment or proxy issue arises due to a system error, we’ll review and process refunds accordingly.

Do you support PayPal payments?

Not yet. We currently do not accept PayPal.
You can choose Credit Card, Google Pay, Local Payments, or Cryptocurrency instead (with a 5% crypto bonus available.)

What if I sent less or more than the required amount?

If you send less, you can resend the missing amount (if the window is still active). If the payment window has expired, the transaction will be cancelled and refunded by CoinPayments within a few business days.
If you send more than the required amount, the system will send you an email with refund instructions.
Please note that your exchange or wallet provider may charge a small transaction fee for processing the refund.

Why did my payment fail?

The most common reasons are:
- Not sending the full amount (including decimals or exchange fees)
- Choosing the wrong network
- Completing the payment after the timer expired
Please ensure you send the exact required amount (with all decimals) and finish the transaction within the payment window.

What are Bundle Plans?

Bundle Plans combine both IPs and bandwidth into a single package at a better price than buying separately - offering a flexible, cost-effective solution for every use case.

Can I use my 9Proxy Wallet balance to pay?

Yes. You can top up your 9Proxy Wallet via crypto or local payments and pay instantly - no confirmation delay.
With 9Proxy Wallet, you also have the Auto Top-Up feature to automatically refill your balance when it’s low, ensuring uninterrupted usage.

My payment was successful, but my IP balance hasn’t updated - what should I do?

Crypto transactions may take a few minutes to confirm on the blockchain. Once confirmed, your IP or GB balance will automatically appear in your Dashboard.
If it doesn’t show within 15 minutes, please contact support with your transaction ID.

Are there any additional fees?

No hidden fees from 9Proxy. However, blockchain or network transaction fees may apply depending on the crypto token and network you use.
We recommend double-checking the total amount before confirming your payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We support Credit Card, Google Pay, Local Payments, Cryptocurrency, and 9Proxy Wallet.
If you pay with cryptocurrency, you’ll receive an extra 5% IP bonus automatically.

What’s the difference between IP-based and Bandwidth-based proxies?

IP-based plans
- Charged by the number of IPs, not the bandwidth.
- Unlimited bandwidth for every IP you activate.
- Unused IPs never expire - your balance only decreases when you actually use an IP.
- Best for tasks requiring stable, fixed IPs.


Bandwidth-based plans
- Charged by GB usage, not by IP count.
- Any unused GBs remain valid for 180 days (Enterprise plans can have unlimited validity).
- Best for tasks that need flexibility or frequent rotation.
 

How do I configure IP-based proxies?

To use Residential Proxy by IP, you need to:
1. Download and install the 9Proxy App (Windows, macOS, or Linux).
2. Open Proxy List, choose your desired location filters (country/state/city/ISP).
3. Forward the proxy to a port (e.g., 60000).
Copy the local endpoint 127.0.0.1: and use it in your browser, software, or tool.

How do I use proxies in the format username:password:localhost:port?

You can use this format by enabling Proxy Authentication inside the 9Proxy App:
1. Go to Settings → Proxy Authentication.
2. Turn on authentication and set a username + password.
3. Forward a proxy to any port.

I can't install the 9Proxy app on my Windows computer. What should I do?

If you’re having trouble installing the 9Proxy app on Windows, please contact our support team and include the following information:
- The version of Windows you're using
- Whether it's 32-bit or 64-bit
- Any specific error messages you encountered
If possible, please attach a screenshot of the error - it helps us diagnose the issue much faster.
In the meantime, you can also try using our 9Proxy Portable version, which requires no installation.
 

What is the minimum macOS version supported by the 9Proxy app?

The 9Proxy app supports macOS version 12 and above. If your device is running an older version, please update your system to ensure compatibility with the app.

Can I use 9Proxy on mobile devices?

Currently, our app is only available for desktop platforms (Windows, macOS, and Linux). However, you can use the proxies on mobile through manual configuration.

Can I use the same 9Proxy account on multiple devices?

Yes, you can log into your 9Proxy account on multiple devices.
- If the devices are on the same LAN network, please follow the setup guide here.
- If the devices are on different networks, follow the instructions here.

How secure is team traffic sharing?

For maximum security:
- 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) is mandatory for all Owners and strongly recommended for Members before accepting shared traffic.
- All actions are logged with user identity, timestamp, and traffic change details.
- Shared traffic remains the legal and operational responsibility of individual members who use it.

What authentication methods are supported?

You can connect using username/password (Sub-User) or IP Whitelisting.
Whitelisting lets you skip credentials - once your device’s IP is approved, it connects automatically.

How long is my data valid?

All packages stay active for at least 180 days, and Enterprise plans can be extended or set to unlimited duration.

Do you have a partner program?

Yes. We offer two partnership options depending on what you want to achieve.
- If you'd like to earn commissions simply by recommending 9Proxy, our Affiliate Program lets you register instantly, share your link or code, and receive up to 15% lifetime commission.

Do you have an API?

Yes. 9Proxy provides a developer-friendly API for automating proxy generation, management, and integration with your systems.

Are 9Proxy IPs private?

Our proxies are shared residential IPs from real user devices. With a clean, large pool and an extremely low sharing ratio, blacklist risks are minimal - giving you stable, authentic performance close to private proxies.

Which proxy protocols are supported?

We support both HTTP and SOCKS5, fully compatible with TCP and UDP connections.

Do you have any blocked sites?

No, we do not block or restrict any websites from our end. Any limitations depend on the target site or local network.

How can I earn a 15% commission?

You can earn a 15% commission by reaching the third tier of referrals, which means referring more than $40,000 in sales. The commission tiers are as follows: 5% for the first tier (up to $15,000), 10% for the second tier ($15,000 - $40,000), and 15% for the third tier (more than $40,000). 

Is there an expiration date for my commissions?

No, your commissions are lifetime. As long as your referrals continue to spend on 9Proxy, you'll keep earning commissions. 

Can I earn commissions on repeat purchases made by my referrals?

Yes, you will continue to earn commissions on all eligible purchases made by your referrals. 

Do my referrals receive any benefits?

Yes. When your referrals use your unique referral code or link, they receive a 5% discount on their purchases, giving them a clear and valuable incentive to join.

What is the minimum withdrawal amount for my earnings?

You can withdraw your earnings once you have accumulated a minimum of $100 in commissions. 

Can I withdraw my earnings via credit card?

Unfortunately, credit card withdrawals are not available. The available withdrawal options are limited to cryptocurrency, IP conversion, or transfer to 9proxy wallet. 

How often can I request a withdrawal?

You can request a withdrawal as often as you meet the minimum withdrawal amount of $100. There are no set limits on the frequency of withdrawals. 

How can I withdraw my commission?

You have three options:
- Crypto: Withdraw your commission to your crypto wallet once you reach the $100 minimum.
- IP/GB Conversion: Convert your commission directly into IPs or GBs.
- Transfer to Wallet: Move your commission to your 9Proxy Wallet and use it for future proxy purchases.

Is there a waiting period for commission payouts?

Commissions are typically paid out immediately in cryptocurrency. However, if your referral chooses to pay with a credit card, please note that you won't be able to withdraw your commission right away. There is a 60-day hold period in place to protect against potential refunds and chargebacks. 

How can I track my commission earnings and referrals?

We provide a user-friendly dashboard where you can easily track your commission earnings, monitor your referrals, and access detailed reports to assess your performance. 

Can I withdraw only a part of my commission?

Yes, you have the option to withdraw a portion of your commission while leaving the remainder in your affiliate account. 

Can the referral get a 5% discount for their second purchase?

Definitely, your unique code or link can be used for any purchase, and your referrals will still receive a 5% discount. We appreciate your referrals, and this discount is available to enhance their experience across multiple purchases. 

What happens if a referral I brought in uses a different affiliate's code after registering with mine?

If your referral uses a different affiliate's code after initially registering with yours, the commission for that particular purchase will go to the affiliate whose code was used. However, for any other purchases where no new code is used, you, as the initial affiliate, will continue to receive your commission. 

Can a referral who is already registered under another affiliate use my affiliate link or code?
